Keep it to one page

A brand manager will spend under a minute on your media kit. Lead with who you are, who your audience is, and what you've done for brands before.

The six things to include

In this order:

  • A one-line description of your content and niche.
  • Audience: top cities, age range and gender split from your insights.
  • Average reach and engagement rate for reels and posts.
  • Two or three past collaborations with a result for each.
  • Your rate card for reels, posts and stories.
  • How to reach you (or your NexaGuru profile link).

What to leave out

Skip vanity metrics like total likes ever, and screenshots that are hard to read. Don't list brands you haven't actually worked with. Brands check, and it costs you trust.

Put it into practice.
